Four or five minutes into this film:
Dan Savage's Mum's voice is very moving even from the ether. She had a great sense of life and of truth.
"Returning to the scene of the crime" is a powerful metaphor and experience.
And the way the medical people treated Savage's mother.
Like the way Savage works from a piece of paper.
